A beautiful pendant drop formed from deep red glass which is flattened into a leaf form before real  silver leaf is applied to the surface.  More molten glass is applied in black and gold before drops of gold stone and finally clear glass are added.  The effect of the heated glass shatters the silver leaf giving the shattered patternation.
